Services

Initial Consultation absolutely FREE
The consultation is an hour long conversation about you and your business. We ask a lot of questions and you may have questions to ask us. At the end of this one hour discussion 2 things will have happened. One, you will determine if you want to partner up with the coach to move your business forward and two, we will decide if we can add value to you. We accept a commitment level of 7 or above on a scale of 1 - 10 from the business owner. The consultation is where we start with every business owner. Leadership, integrity, commitment, accountability and authentic communication are a few of the key distinctions that we use as a baseline for ensuring extraordinary vs ordinary productivity in the organizations we work with.

One-on One Coaching
If you want to make the fastest and most long-lasting changes, this is the program for you. However, please understand that real lasting change does take time. There is no magic wand! There are a lot of get rich quick schemes out there. Don’t be fooled! In our personalized program, you will meet with your coach on a regular basis. There are various programs for various budgets. Early on, your coach will do assessments and evaluations in order to learn about your business and about your leadership style. As you progress, you and your coach will work on time-tested, world-class business strategies to get your business humming!

Group Coaching
This program is for owners who have either limited budgets or just want to be part of a group of fellow business owners. Like the individualized model, you will meet on a regular basis and go thorough the evaluations. On a weekly basis, you will have an allotted time within the group to present challenges and get help from not only your professional licensed business coach, but from the other business owners as well.

Group Training
This program is designed for the business owners who are not necessarily challenged by accountability, but rather would like to learn. It is a 13-week long training series that meets once per week. It is in a “workshop” format and you will go through exercises and begin to design systems for marketing, leadership, sales, customer service, human resources and financial management. It is VERY affordable and is a great starting point if you have never worked with a coach before.
