About Keebiz

Keebiz Solutions is a small but fiery company launched in South Jersey. Founded in 2008, we provide business coaching services both in person and virtually. Using customized methodologies, we help organize, visualize and create the successful businesses people desire.

We work with clients from Toronto to Texas, California to Connecticut. We consider ourselves realistic and optimistic. We like big challenges and the way it feels when we meet each challenge. We work with people we like, companies we believe in and generally have a great deal of fun.

Karen Keegan is also small but fiery. Mentored by her father at the early age of 16, Karen developed the confidence to solve problems in a fast paced, detailed oriented engineering environment. For her, it was electronic design by day and small business by night. Karen eventually teamed up with her husband, Joe, and opened a children’s fitness franchise. They started the business in 1993, a first of its kind on the east coast, and within 5 years it became the largest of its kind in the world. Karen and Joe went on to acquire another and then opened a third. Karen learned quickly what works and what doesn’t work. She believes that the success of a company depends largely on its capacity to learn quickly and disseminate that information just as fast. She spent the next 7 years developing a solid team of managers and leaders. Although she was top in her field, it was in the coaching and training that her real talents and passion revealed themselves. Hired by the franchisor as a consultant, Karen mentored and coached fellow franchise owners for 6 years. Consistently recognized by the franchise organization as a leader, Karen loved how it felt to help others fulfill their dreams.  So with the sale of their businesses in 2005 and a lot of extra cash, Karen founded Keebiz Solutions. Now, as a highly talented Licensed Professional Business Coach, Karen is able to help others fulfill their dreams. Like all caring people, Karen is driven and focused while being passionate about helping fellow business owners find the success they deserve.
